[KDrama Review] Missing You (보고싶다), 2012.

This is a new korean drama. Another sad drama after Nice Guy ended. Lately, there are lot of sad drama isn't it?

Let me tell you a little bit about this drama ok~

The title of this drama is I Miss You (보고싶다), 

directed by Lee Jae Dong.

This drama is still ongoing, it started airing on 7/11/2012..

Have 20 episodes totally and still not finished airing yet.

I've watched this drama for 10 episodes already. (because other episodes were not available yet. hehe )

I was actually waiting for this drama ever since I saw the teaser with Eun Hye in it (big fan of Eun Hye, yes me.)

When I first saw the teaser, I already can feel the sadness this drama will bring.

It is indeed different than cliche Korean Drama.

Same like Nice Guy (2012), this drama has it own uniqueness.

I already cried watching the first episode. I think Song Ok Sook (Soo-Yeon's mom) and  little Soo-Yeon really bring the characters alive. 

I like how the drama started. Rarely we can see a drama started with a dark side.But I think this drama really put it off.

''A murderer's daughter''

How she (little Soo-Yeon) fell in love and then betrayed, I think It's a really good start.

Instead of the main character Jung Woo, the one who shielded her with love is Joon (Harry Borrison-France name)  

To tell you the truth, I hate Jung Woo.

A lot of people might not agree with me but I think Zoe (France name of Soo Yeon) better off with Harry.

The reason why she got raped and involved with Jung Woo's and Joon's family mess is because she was trying to save Jung Woo who's being kidnapped.

Bravely, she chased the van who caught Jung Woo and demand ''Give my friend back''

Even though she looks a bit stupid there to stand up on kidnappers but hey, she shows some loyalty.

She love Jung Woo and can't bear to see Jung woo's been taken away.

But what she get?

Raped and abandoned.

Pity girl. She deserves better.

When Jung Woo's finally able to cut the rope that tying him and the door was open, 

the kidnappers was away.

He got up and look at Soo Yeon who lifelessly laying there after being sexually abused.

I definitely thought that he will help Soo Yeon and took her run away since its his fault that she was there in the first place but!

That coward just ran away alone, abandoned the pity Soo Yeon there.

 Yeah. That's when I started to hate Jung Woo.

If it's not for Joon, Seo Yeon will be left dead. Alone.

Seo Yeon was claimed to be dead but Jung Woo believed that she's still alive.

He went through a hard life thinking how he wronged Soo Yeon.

14 years passed and Soo Yeon come back as Zoey while Joon's come back as Harry.

I really like this couple. 

So what if Jung Woo live painfully for 14 years?

It's totally his fault for abandoning her there.

Soo Yeon suffers greatly and its Harry who protect her all those 14 years.

Thanks to Harry that Soo Yeon still alive.

They met again and all this mess started.

Zoey wants to erase the Soo Yeon-who-suffers-a-lot-because-of-him in her but Jung Woo keep reliving it and this makes Harry angry.

He may looked sweet and pure but hey, Harry's dangerous.

He's scary when he go mad.

For me, (totally my opinion) Zoe better off with Harry.

Yes, it's true that Jung Woo really love her and has pay all those 14 years live in regret.

But, Harry's the one who protected her and give her the hope to live so that she are what she are now.

Instead of someone who's being away,

doesn't it better someone who's always been here?

I wished I have someone like Harry in my life.

Well, I'm looking forward to the next episodes.

In the end..who's going to suffer?

Let's just wait for it.
